Best Friends Abstinence program works

Girls are 6 times less likely to have sex if they're enrolled in the best friends program. Good! I've started my own abstinence program in the Guirado household with my own children (My wife has her own program which takes effect every time she gets angry.). Besides teenage boys, whom would these results upset?
