Veterans, have you ever had one of those "dumb" Army days

For those who have served: Have you ever had one of those, "man, this is some dumb s***" days when the Army does something seemingly designed solely to inconvenience you? Without getting into specifics, today was one of them. It wasn't directed at me specifically, but it's the reason I didn't post today. It might be fun if people posted some of those moments here.

Realizing it was my last chance to serve my country, I joined the Army in 2003. I served in Iraq and Washington D.C. in 2004 and 2005 as a Sergeant and am currently a second lieutenant in the US Army reserves. I observe OPSEC. My news stories focus on the positive since negative news about the war and the military is easy to find. They mostly come from www.centcom.mil, a government agency that won't lose any money for me posting them. In fact, they welcome it.
