I actually don't think it's a horrible idea. I would like to comment on the airhead announcer who worries that people would have more children. That's bad why?
Also this:
Clinton said such an account program would help Americans get back to the tradition of savings that she remembers as a child, and has become harder to accomplish in the face of rising college and housing costs.
Why are college costs rising when everything else gets cheaper?
