Rudy Giuliani 9/11 TV ad- For political novices only

01/02/08

I think it's safe to say that for anybody following the GOP campaigns, this kind of sentimentality and repetitiveness is ineffective. Giuliani didn't hire fools, however, and I have to believe that he's trying to go after the casual follower of politics. The question is whether this ad will cause more eyes to tear or roll.

Compared to the 9/11 ads, Giuliani's "I'm the eventual nominee" attacks on Hillary Clinton are refreshing. To get an Asymmetric endorsement, Giuliani has to get into some economic issues or something to avoid looking like he has a Nolan Ryan issue repertoire.
