Caribbeans may decide presidency again

Cuban-Americans elected George Bush in 2000. This year our Boricua (Puerto Rican) brothers may decide the fate of the free world with their 65 delegates in the Democratic race. I wonder what Jamaica will do to ensure a role in the 2012 election.
