It's hard to account for personality, writing style, or dress (both mostly wore the same thing everyday, anyways), but body count is pretty objective.
Mao understood that you can't make omelets without breaking a few eggs. Some claim that Mao broke 70 million of them.
Mother Teresa saved a few lives. Let's say her order saved 1000 people a month. That would be about 40,000.

That puts Mother Teresa 70,040,000 ahead of Mao.
I wonder if they'd let Anita Dunn own an NFL team.

OK. Let's decide. I usually never watch contemporary music videos, but I have to admit that about half of Beyonce's sixty million youtube views for "Single Ladies" are mine. Kanye is correct: the video's brilliant. Instead of special effects or a mini-movie, we have in "Single Ladies (Ring on the Finger)" music stripped down to its bare essence: the stark, black and white filming; bare stage; and long camera shots aim to eliminate distractions from the music and dancing, both of which are magnificent. The only flashiness occurs towards the end when Beyonce inexplicably waves a robotic hand.

No small part of the video's appeal is that Beyonce is also nearly in her bare essence. She and her co-performers are beautiful. They dance in a feminine style: sexy, but not raunchy. No tattoos. Best of all, no men. This video would make a highly accurate heterosexuality test.
Next is Taylor Swift. She's very attractive as well. Wholesome video. The song is fine: descriptive "slice-of-life" lyrics delivered in a near-talking cadence with a powerful hook.
I'm going to go with Kanye on this one. Swift's video is good- Beyonce's is ground-breaking (yes, I know her moves are lifted from Fosse).

"Is" because the music endures and one's still alive. "Was" because one's dead and you may compare at each's peak. Choice please.
