Report says O'Reilly Factor viewers smarter than NPR listeners

09/07/07

A new Pew Report Study found that O'Reilly watchers were smarter than NPR listeners as well as readers of the Daily Kos, Think Progress, and other blogs (except for Asymmetric, I'm sure). Limbaugh listeners almost bested NPR, who eeked out a victory based on their ability to answer questions on Grey's Anatomy and The "L" Word. The breakdown is as follows:

Non-serious people who prefer jokes to hard analysis knew more news details overall, but only because their lack of a sex life didn't interfere with late-night channel surfing. Thanks to Think Progress for the analysis.
