Cubanocast

Los Van Van has been one of the most popular groups in Cuba for years. I like much of their music and their playing is excellent. Their most glaring weakness, in my opinion, is the flatness of their singing. Also, some of their music is a little overproduced and they generally lack the super-catchy melodies of their predecessors. Recaditos No! does have a great melody and the mediocre singing is buried in wonderful music. The album has some of their best.
