I wanted to reiterate my love for Mexicans by presenting two songs with "Mexico" in the title. Many, many more Cuban songs mention Mexico in its lyrics, but only De Cuba a Mexico by Celia Cruz and the Sonora Matancera and Mexico Querido Danzon by Bebo Valdez have them in the title.

Any why wouldn't Cuban artists of the fifties love Mexico? Mexico provided Cuban artists with a large audience and its superior film industry featured them often in movies.
