24 season 6, hour 5

Good, solid episode.

1. The helicopter scene wasn't relevant to the plot, but I found that refreshing.

2. The president's sister looked as annoyingly counterproductive as the real ACLU.

3. Jack's sister-in-law must have had a good reason for choosing Jack's brother. Jack wasn't exactly rich. That may have been it.

4. Jack's family seems to contradict Mendel's observation of heritability of traits, but casting couldn't find an Arab actress either.

5. The only sad part was that we only had one hour this week.

I love the portrayal of the president's sister. Talk about an unsympathetic portrayal of a ACLU like lawyer. A nuke just goes off and she worries about the pretend harsh treatment of her client. This is so like the ACLU.

One annoying thing is that you would think with a nuke going off that there was zero EMP effects. Now being a ground burst and the yield of a suitcase nuke it would have been less, but I don't think zero.
