24 observations on 24 part two: What would Obama do?

03/11/09

The first eight here.

9. In hour 13, Juma, cold-blooded murderer, forces President Taylor to read a statement blaming America for the world's ills and especially for the times it's used aggression to promote freedom:

Well, isn't that what Obama does every time he (or one of his surrogates like Hillary Clinton [apology tour]) leaves the country.

10. I like the way this season has reached a compromise between an episodic approach and having one long story arc. We had the Sengala story, the original terrorist attack with the "MacGuffin" that brings down the national grid. Then, when that was foiled, the Matobo kidnap. The Dubaku escape. Now, the Juma White House intra-episode. It looks like we're getting into some White House intrigue.

It's been very exciting.
