DownloadHelper video capture Firefox extension

Like most bloggers, I rely on youtube for video. The Download helper plugin for Firefox and Netscape Navigator gives me more options. I captured this video from CNN (Sorry, Ted Turner) to my hard drive. I can watch it without being connected to the internet, but I chose to upload it to youtube to share with my friends. It's a good tool and you should check it out.
