Don't buy a Blu-Ray player yet.

When Fry's had a Blue-Ray drive (Don't worry about HD-DVD) for 169.99 after $30.00 rebate (In other words, $199.99.), I was tempted to dive into the High-def pool. This article prevented me from purchasing the drive.
Remember, unlike the leap from VHS to DVD, there aren't any convenience benefits like less storage space, menus, no need to rewind, etc. We're in the drivers' seat on this one.
